Contacting Rock and Indie...

We're actually really nice and approachable folks here, and welcome people getting in touch. So, feel free to do so.

All we ask though, is that you direct your emails to the right person. So, below is a list of contacts to answer any questions you may have.

general@rockandindie.com - We've not got any generals here, but any queries that don't seem to fit with contacts below... send 'em here!

newreleases@rockandindie.com - Specifically for submitting press packs for new releases. (DON'T attach mp3's, just include a link where we can get the track, or listen to it.)

gigreviews@ rockandindie.com - A catch all address to request someone to come review your gig. As we expand our coverage of the UK with new reviewers, we'll list contact emails for local reviewers.

newsdesk@ rockandindie.com  - Got news? Send it here.

gossip@ rockandindie.com  - Got news we could get sued for publishing? Send it here... so our lawyers can intercept it and protect us from ourselves!

subscriptions@rockandindie.com - Having problems with our emails/newsletters? Let us know at this address.

classifieds@rockandindie.com - Want to place a classified ad? Send it here. (Do it quick, while it's all free, before our beer lust forces us to price it up!)

advertise@rockandindie.com - Want to advertise/sponsor Rock and Indie? This is the address to contact us on.

sponsorship@rockandindie.com - Want us to ad our brand to your project/event? We're mostly generous on days with an 'x' in them, and a couple of other random days each year. Go on, try your luck. At the very least we may give some coverage of your project/event in return for you putting our brand on it.

musictips@rockandindie.com - A burning question you want to ask our industry experts? A 'state of the industry' issue you want covered? A really clever promotional or music biz trick you've got up your sleeve that you'd like to share??? Send them to this address.

bloodybands@rockandindie.com - This address is for you to let rip at bands/musicians over the things they do that really piss you off. If you're a venue promoter, manager, equipment supplier, PR, label, DJ, etc, etc... you'll probably have lots to contribute. Names will be withheld to protect the snitch... er, we mean, witness.

submissions@rockandindie.com - If you're a budding features writer, you want to submit a gig review or maybe even volunteer as a reviewer for your area? This is the address to use. Pay? If you're consistent and impress us, there just might be. To start with though, we'll help you become the coolest kid in your town. Bands will start paying you respect, your mate will be jealous whenever your stride right past gig entry guards with your Rock and Indie Press Pass. Beer will be thrust in your hand and the opposite sex will fall at your feet. That's what happened to us, anyway. Honest guvna!

jobs@rockandindie.com - Well, we can't for the life of us think why you'd ever want to actually work for us. You know... like a proper job, an all that. You'd have to be nuts. You'd be in good company, tho. If you're daft enough... send a CV and a REALLY interesting cover email, plus a photo to this address.

webmaster@rockandindie.com - We built this site with virtual washing up liquid bottles, digital cornflakes boxes and clicky back plastic. We expect it to periodically fall to bits. If it does, please let us know, as we can't see our computers from the pub. Our office hours are 10 to 2... til about quarter past. Thank you!

We'd been thinking of putting a Rock 'n' Roll pic of the week kinda thing here, inviting all you cool kids out there to send us your best rock n roll pic.

This fella didn't send his in, but he's damn well earned his spot.
